What if stress didn't have to be stressful?
Most people don’t suffer from too much stress: they suffer from the wrong kind of stress. The kind that corrodes health, blurs decision-making, and makes life feel heavier the harder they push. We could call this destructive stress.
Yet there’s another kind of stress, the kind that sharpens focus, fuels creativity, and keeps you at the top of your game. I call this productive stress. The key is learning how to regulate your stress so you spend more time in this zone, and less in the destructive one.
This is what I call the Path of Least Resistance: a life and business/career where you thrive on productive stress, release destructive stress, and pursue success that actually fits who you are today.
As a Vedic Meditation Teacher, and Business Mentor to high-performing Executives, Professionals and Business Owners, I can help you find your own path of least resistance.
